It was hard to rate this book of a two or a three. His information is straight forward and easy to understand. It just seemed a bit amateurish. It is for beginners, learning of ketosis, so maybe this is why...
I gave him the extra star for it being simple and to its point. I liked that he touched on how important things are such as sleep and stress. I find them to be more important than people realize in weight loss.
I have been researching macronutrients and it does seem to be much more related to Ketosis than any other healthy eating lifestyle.
It read like a website advertising blog. I read a lot of nutritional books and 1) I want to know what makes the author an expert and why should I listen to him and 2) Where does he get his facts and sources.
