A very good story about Jimmy the rabbit who tries to ride a bicycle.
With the bilingual English-Japanese concept, this book will be easy to be understood by Japanese children who want to learn English, and/or non-Japanese children who want to learn Japanese.
Good story, cute illustrations, with good messages to not give up easily and it's free on Amazon too!

It’s nice this picture book has each page in English and Hindi. It helped me practice my reading in Hindi and get some more comprehensible input. I was happy to see that this was available through my library in the states with Hoopla and kind of shocked too. I really didn’t expect to find anything in Hindi.

Starts out with Jimmy being too small to ride the bigger boys bikes and he feels sad but he climbs on one of the bikes to show them that he can do everything they can.
He ends up crashing and finds a mud puddle. When his dad sees him he tries to cheer him up and is able to do that. Other works by the author are highlighted at the end.
His dad thinks he may be ready for a two wheeler....Great bonding book!

A Sweet Story about a Dad's Love!

I Love My Dad is a tale of how a father's love helps his son when he is unhappy. Jimmy is the youngest bunny in a family of three bunnies. He is unhappy when he can't ride his bike as fast as his brothers. Jimmy's father sees his son's disappointment and solves the problem.

Will Jimmy learn to ride his bike as fast as his siblings? How did his father solve the problem? Well, you will have to read this cute book to find out.

I was given this book in exchange for an honest review. I found this book to be entertaining and fun for young children. They will learn a valuable lesson about patience and love and that learning new things is fun.

I thought it was a very odd story of a dad and son having fun...!

What a great story of how these boys' father was able to brighten his youngest son's days when he was so low and very unhappy at being left behind when his two older brothers decided to race on their bikes and the youngest was left in the dust, etc. I would recommend this for kids5-8 and in grades P-3. Because this really showed how much the Kids's dad really loved all his sons and the great and colorful illustrations that I felt it needs five stars. Jimmy, His Bicycle, and Dad

Jimmy the rabbit was the youngest of three brothers. He wanted to ride and race his bicycling vCard level just like his brothers.

But his bike was small with training wheels. His brothers laughed at him.

Dad didn't laugh though.

This warm little book illustrates what a parent, dad in this case, can do to help a child learn and make his way in the world.

Enjoyable

Cute and fun for the Japanese reader who is proficient in Kana. For me, I wanted Kanji as well but it was still entertaining.
