This short story is a fast pace non-stop read, perfect! Took me maybe 30 or 40 min max to read and it was so worth it!
Paige is a deleted character from the author's Nika series, she encloses a letter of explanation on to why she was deleted (Justice Trail) as well.
Paige is a unique character that you just can't help but wonder what her "story" is, and even after I finished the book, I wanted more.
Paige is another delinquent that pulls off pranks that were hilarious and created trouble when the trouble needed to be there. But at the end I was shocked! I completely didn't see that coming and it was a pleasant surprise, Awesome.
Throughout the tale, if you have read Justice Trail, you'll be able to see where the story very easily intertwines and meshes very well. If you haven't read Justice Trail, no worries, you can still keep on top of what is going on.

NO WAY! That's Paige's secret! I did not see that coming!
Both Paige and Arrow are so cool. They do tons of mischief and pranks and even Sky and Amaris join in the fun too. This is like a totally different perspective of the Justice trail. Its so cool how it ties in with events that happen in the Justice Trail. I love reading stories that have a different perspective because it has it own pulsing life to it. I think Paige is a great character and she, too, has made it onto my Top-20 favorite characters. Its a short story but it's definitely worth the read.
I love reading about her and her adventure and the mischief that she and her friends get into and the secret that are discover. In the last chapter, Paige's secret is finally revealed (and I say finally because in the pervious it was discover but not told so I was dying to find out what it was) and now its like oh-my-gosh! Plot twist!
But now I'm rambling and if I start rambling about just how great it was I might spoil that book for you so, I really encourage you to read it.

"The Short life of Paige Connors" In the beginning of this book I instantly fell in love with it (just like the first two books K.D.Nelson made)! The Short life of Paige Connors was very entertaining with all the pranks and the little love story going on it really was perfect, but the best part is it intertwines with the first book showing what was happening when Nika wasn't around. I so hope that she makes a second one doing the same thing with "The Reawakening Oath". BTW the cover is beautiful!!

I found the book funny, because all of the jokes and pranks and it was short which I like. I was very tempted to try some of the pranks but more extreme I am looking forward to the next book, I hope there will be more pranks and ideas.

Funny, sneaky teenagers, great chapter book for a quick reading. Great book to get kids interested in reading.
