This is a box set of all number ones in a series of 3-5 other books by two authors. Each "book" in this set is only around 150 pages and the next books are usually less pages for $2.99 EACH. Sorry, I don't want to spend $3 on 80 pages. Here's's a short summary of each book, I left a full review on each book's page.
LEXY TIMMS: - The Boss: 4 stars. As the first book, this gave me hope for this box set! Liked the girl, not too much of a cliffhanger, one of the books that I might see reading further if not for the series book catch. - Whiskey Lullaby: 3 stars. College girl falls for college band guy. Needed way too much editing to be able to get fully into. - One You Can't Forget: 1 star. Biker gang, huge cliffhanger. - Perfect For Me: 3 stars. Undercover cop & a drug kingpin's daughter. - Saving Forever: 4 stars. Of 1 of FIVE! Liked the doctor/boss' daughter storyline but out of principle I won't be buying 4 more books. - Celtic Viking: 0 stars. Did not read. I started the first page and just knew it wasn't for me. Not interested. - Billionaire Biker: 3 stars. I don't usually like biker books but this one wasn't too bad. Maybe it's just because I had been reading all the other junk before this. Choppy sentence structure.
Timms actually has the balls the put "The End" on some of her stories. Give me a break, girl!
SIERRA ROSE: - The Billionaire's Fake Girlfriend: 3 stars. Twisted Pretty Woman. Started ok but fizzled into improbable & ridiculous. - Seduction of My Billionaire Boss: 4 stars. Mistaken identity lands this girl her dream job and dream billionaire that happens to be her boss which is a big no-no. Has potential. - Accidentally Married to the Billionaire: 1 star. So lame I don't even know where to start. - Groomless: 3 stars. Girl wants to make her dying dad happy by creating a fake wedding. Sounds sweet but she goes about telling this story very crazily. None of it made sense or added up. - The Boss' Son: 1 star. Crazy annoying lady - My Despicable Ex: 2 stars. High school love jilts bride but have to come back together for mother's inheritance. - Forbidden: 4 stars, her best book yet (but again maybe because I had been reading all the other crap before this). Biker series aren't my fave genre but Lucky & Lena have a special Romeo & Juliet thing going on.
All of these books were extremely hard to read not only for the story but for all the typos and junk.
Some had potential but on principle alone I won't continue the series because I feel it is a rip off. Get a grip.
I will think very hard about ever reading any other books by either of these authors. Probably no.
Well I read them, and each one was a good story. You had motorcycles, millionaires, gangs, and etc. And each one had their own Romeo and Juliet. Love, but you have to buy the next book for each one to see what happens next.
