I'm going to break this down into my three biggest problems with it:
1) Tyce is pushy. Whitney repeatedly tells him to leave her alone, to stop bringing up their past, to let it go. And he doesn't. He keeps visiting her and pushing and pushing. Right off the bat, not someone you want to end up with.
2) This entire thing is based off one night together. I honestly can't understand this at all. So you talked to someone for a couple of hours and kissed a couple time. It was amazing. And then you didn't see them again for five years. I cannot believe that someone is so pushy based on a couple hours of time five years ago. It's over the top (albeit something common in romance novels) and I hate the trope. Just because it was wonderful doesn't mean it was life-altering. And people don't hold on to things like this for years. There's no way that's healthy.
3) Tyce apparently cannot write a song without her. Really? Not even a heartbreak song? Also, again, this is five years ago. He cannot do something he did for years before because of two hours with this random girl he met? Another common trope I hate and is really unhealthy. His entire life is on hold for a couple of hours and that's not a plot I can understand or get behind.
Bonus # 4) This is really short. I have major issues with novella-length stories in general, because it's hard to tell a story in that amount of time. I think this suffers from that as well.

This was a really sweet story. Glad that each of them could follow their dreams and yet still make something work out in the end. The plot line of these books are getting better and now that everyone is somewhat back its nice to see them all again. The bombshell in the epilogue makes me very excited for the next book!

If you are looking for a sweet little romance, with cute characters, this book is for you.
I started off this read looking for a distraction in the form of a light romance novel, and I got served!
Tyce is the nice guy of your dreams, and Whitney is the perfect girl for you. No kidding, they don't have any flaws.
Although I enjoyed this book, the storyline was lacking depth, the love story seemed too easy for me and Tyce was too patient.
The ending was kind of thrown in there and really rushed, also too cliché for me. The beginning of the love story (if that's how you want to call it) was not enough to warrant Tyce's or Whitney's anticipation. There should have been more to it..
In terms of writing style, I liked how the history of the characters is revealed through short flashbacks piece by piece. I would have liked Tyce to be a little less accepting, but I like that Whitney was a good girl in her behavior with Kenneth and Tyce. I also liked how this story put a lot of importance in the individuals, not only the lovers, and their personal dreams.
Enjoyable read, too short for me so obviously lacked in the depth department, but very relaxing book setting. I would definitely recommend this to Harlequin lovers and romantics looking for a quick romance, but don't expect too much. Let's just say this book doesn't compare to Nora Roberts and Danielle Steel, but it is not bad.

A Dog brought them together
Tyce was performing with his band when Whitney first saw him 5 years before. She walked out to get some fresh air when she heard whimpering and found a puppy in need of care. She had always wanted to be a vet but she is was taking over the family business for her dad's health. Tyce helped her and kept Milo after a very intense evening ending in a kiss and her walking away. Now Tyce is music director at the Rose Chalet and Whitney's aunt is getting married for the 3rd time and she is there. What happens next is great.

Another great read
Another great read from Lucy. Tyce and Whitney wow what a meeting, at any wedding meeting a man is a special and typical moment but meeting a man you know from yrs ago meeting again is a very special meant to be moment even if one person is going to be married to someone else lol this was a lovely story and couldn’t get enough of can’t wait for more from these characters especially Rose and RJ.

Another sweet story, this time, we hear about Tyce, the music director at the Rose Chalet (the center piece of all these stories) and Whitney who meet again 5 long years since their change meeting and amazing one and only date.
I'm enjoying the series very much and I am looking forward to continuing on with it. They aren't realistic relationships but bring joy to my romantic heart.

Sweet.
I enjoyed this book. Loved how Whitney and Tyce couldn’t forget each other. It’s now 5 years later, and the sparks are still there. Can Tyce get her to give him a chance? Will she follow her dreams to become a vet? It’s a very sweet romance and we do get a very happy ever. I recommend this book.

I read all five books in the series and they all get the same review: Stupid woman, perfect man, wondering why he likes or loves her. Short and sweet, read one or watch a Hallmark movie, same time involved, same story. I truly did not believe the back story on these two. You don't get to experience enough of the other characters from the other books in the series.

It was a cute little story (pretty much the same as the first two in the series). It was good but a little too vanilla for me. Needed a bit more spice in the one and only sex scene in the book (definitely more hotness required).

This is a sweet story about real love

This was a good book. Better than number 2 in the series, but still pretty typical stuff. I wanted something more from Tyce, he seemed to be the guy that wouldn't be the typical romance novel guy, but sadly that is exactly what he turned into.
I would still recommend this book/series to other romance novel enthusiasts, but this that The Wedding Gift is my favorite so far.

I love it when three women and three men so unlike one another come together. Have to say Lucy Kevin made me a believer in romance from these two gorgeous men. My favorite of the whole anthology have to say will be The Wedding Gift. I loved that Andrew may seem cocky at first but when it comes to his woman he is a whole different man. Lucy Kevin definitely has a winner in this book and can’t wait for her other stories.

The employees of Rose's Chalet are, one by one, finding love. This time it's Tyce's turn. Five years ago he met a girl who stole his heart - he runs into her again when she turns out to be the niece of a repeat customer at the wedding venue. And Whitney is engage to someone else! This was another sweet story and I did enjoy this one more than the first two. Whitney has been doing what others expected of her for years and meeting Tyce again makes her re-evaluate her life. Tyce lost his muse when he lost Whitney years ago - maybe he'll find her again now that Whitney is back in his life?

I must say this first, after reading the first two books and being disappointed that I didn't love them, I was leery about this one. I am glad that I pushed through and continued reading so that I could get to this book. By a HUGE landslide, this is my favorite of the series and I still have two more left to read.
Tyce instantly won me over. With Whitney, I didn't want to smack her as I had the previous two books female leads. I can't even explain why without giving anything away.

this like all of the books in the four weddings and a fiasco series was a good stroy with a happy ending. i honestly csnnotnwasnfor Rose & RJ's story but i am going to assume it will be last. looking forward to it.

Honestly, not too crazy about the series. They were just ok for me. I think they were just missing that "thing" that I look for...a connection to the characters, a connection from hero to heroine.
