Yoga has health benefits and is enjoyable to do. This book gives an introduction to the world of doing yoga including poses and meditation. I enjoyed the introduction and the definitions included. The poses had pictures and detailed instructions for each pose. A seven day plan is included along with the most basic poses. For those who think yoga is a possibility for them, this book would be a good start.

Well worth the read

This is well worth the buy. In today's busy world taking care of you on all levels is important and adding Yoga to you daily routine can benefit you in so many ways. That's where the information in this book comes in helpful.

I was always curious about Yoga and then I purchased this ebook and its worth it !! .. poses are clearly explained. This book is not focused on yoga only but there is the chapter about Meditation. Another good part is a 7-day training program.
