Tonjia Johnson is a highly successful independent real estate agent, who is known across the industry for her ability to close. As one of the top real estate agents in the country, her reputation precedes her and piques the interest of a local Russian mobster.
Alexander Caladavych is the head of the Russian mafia, who knows he lives a dangerous life but doesn't care. His current business interests have him in need to stash a lot of cash into real estate, and he decides on using Tonjia to help him clean his money.
When these two get together their attraction is undeniable and leads to a few steamy encounters. But when Tonjia finds out she's pregnant with a mobster's baby, she doesn't get the response she was expecting from Alexander.
Alexander's life doesn't allow others to have leverage over him, and a child is just that, something his enemies can target to bring him down. He urges Tonjia to keep the child and herself a secret, but somehow the news gets out.
This leads to the beginning of a very rocky love story that finds both Alexander and Tonjia fighting for what they hold most dear, while battling emotional family, jealous exes, and mobsters gunning for both of them.

An absolutely loving story!
What can you say about a man and woman who are not only from different cultures but different lifestyles altogether. First there is the Mafia issue now add to that a highly successful and beautiful African American woman and you have the makings of a deep and abiding love match. Just to be sure allow our hero's nemesis to take his woman to ferret him out a woman who is carrying his child and this gives way to blood curduling fear, gunfight and finally a life seeking peace. This book was suspenseful, thrilling with a hint of mystery that kept me turning the pages. Great story and I enjoyed it very much.

Good story
This is BWWM Russian mobster story. Liked the way the author put a spin on usual story. Author made mobster seem more human with actual feelings, even though he is just discovering them. His love interest is strong, professional who takes chance on love and risks everything to be with her love..

I'll Dance in the Rain With You...
I loved the chemistry between Sacha and Tonjia. Sacha was a man of few words, Tonjia was a woman who wouldn't back down. Throw in sex and a few gunfights and there you have it! Great read!

This one was cute. I enjoyed the bond and connection they had. I think that the ending kept this book from getting a 4 star. I get it but.....you don't be hard core all in and then just.... Not when she was okay with you. Trying not to spoil it.

I stop reading at the beginning of chapter 18 I just couldn't get over the question of how in the world she got pregnant ? Was the condom old or did it break? What? I did like the story in the beginning but then i lost the mood and couldn't finish.

A feeling of love and hate
I loved the title story, and really it should have been left there. The story could have been better polished but I loved the story regardless.
A good writer who made this release overly heavy with bonus material. Snapshots would have been better.

Both stories were good but why was 12% of the book was ads for other books?

I adore this story and the relationship between Tonjia and Alexander. It certainly felt like Cupid's arrow met its mark for these two.
