A Delicious bite of The Judgement of Six series!!! I Loved getting more from Michelle & Emmitt's story! Life has been a struggle and oftentimes a trial for Michelle since she was a young girl. She has faced captivity at the hands of a crazed Urbat and suffered the attentions of hundreds of undesirable males.

Things were just starting to look up for her when she and her new family got word of their worst challenges yet, and now she is on the run again, trying to keep herself and her family safe.

Michelle and Emmitt are determined to have one night where the world is not closing in around them, where they can be together, closer than ever, in the way man and woman have been for millennia. Tonight will be a new beginning for them, an almost perfect beginning to renew them for the trials that are awaiting them once the sun rises on a new day.

This is a MUST READ for those thoroughly invested in the Judgment series. I would recommend reading this AFTER reading "Unwise," as this story takes place towards the end of book three. Enjoy ;)

I love all the Judgement series! This one is my least fav of all the stories so I was a wee bit bummed there weren't snippets from the other stories. Perhaps that is coming?? I wanted more dets on the other characters, greedy me. :)

It's good

I liked it. It'sa short story so there isn't much to say. But it was good. Less than 5 stars because of the overuse of "as she" phrases, but other than that it was good.

This Judgement of the Six novella is set at the end of the events of (Un)Wise, book 3 in the Judgement of the Six series, however book 4, (Un)Bidden, has already been released, but does not outpace this novella.

I have to say as swoony the actual books are I had no idea Melissa Haag had such steamy & smoking hot scenes in her head! I made the mistake of reading this at work on my lunch break and I had to leave the building to compose myself. Pretty sure I was beet red! I knew Michelle and Emmitt were the smexiest characters in the series so far…their connection was hot from minute one, but I was so not prepared to be panting like a wolf after reading this!

I know as a reader of the series this scene is even hotter because you are emotionally wrapped up in these characters lives, but my blogging cohort who hasn’t read the books yet, read this scene and she too was loving it and now the books are definitely on her radar! But remember the books are YA and this story is definitely MA!

WOWZA this novella is HAWT!! We see our judgments have this amazing connection with their mates and Michelle and Emmitt are no different. Their mating is the stuff of legends, and what every couple longs for. The devotion, love, wanting, and need is so thick a knife could cut it. This is an an amazing peek into what we don't normally get to see in our judgment/mate relationships. Another brilliant work by Melissa Haag as this novella left me need an ice cold shower!

I enjoyed this, & Melissa Haag delivers a steamier point of view in this than she does in the "Judgement of the Six" series that the his is from, without getting graphic or becoming over done. My only gripe, I wish this had been longer, just to feel like I got my money's worth out of it. That's the only reason for 4 stars. I never buy a book under 75 pages, except this one...I read too fast to be worth my while. It took me about 15-20 minutes to read.

A super steamy peak into the mating of Emmitt and Michelle. It fits well into the Judgement of Six books, explaining some of the looks, tension and missed moments between the two. It's a very hot scene, and if I wasn't already in love with Emmitt, this would've done it. I enjoyed getting an inside peak into the mating process of Melissa Haag's wolves.... and now I need a cold shower.
