It really should be called “45 things to do after a breakup” with the amount of repeated content. There were also no fewer than half a dozen spelling errors that I saw, which is especially egregious.

I first listened to this book on audio, then decided to pick it up on kindle while it was free. It is chock full of great advice and I will be passing it along to many other people for sure. A perfect read to get you moving on and living life again!
