Good insight to all the factors that effect diabetes. A chronic disease that cannot be reversed. A disease that can be controlled only by the person with the disease. Specifically with Type 2 diabetes. Well written and and good life style recommendations for all those with and without diabetes.

Not worth the price.

I was looking for a book with dessert or snack recipes. This is not it. 13.99 wasted. Wish I could get a refund
