This book is exactly what's in the title; plain and simple. I have rated this book three stars because it is just that, in the middle. Nothing more, nothing less.

For those who are new to this category of self-help books and inner journeys of your self, this is an excellent start. It is short, easy to understand and contains just a few simple steps to take action and be the driver in your life.

However, if you have traveled down this road of books for quite some time, I am pretty sure you have heard it all already. Although short, you could save yourself some time and spend it on finding something more thorough.

I've never been a believer in the whole idea of "manifesting your reality" and I still am not in the sense that everything that happens to you, good or bad, is because you made it so. That's actually quite cruel, I think, when I see some of the most positive loving people experiencing tragedy or a horrible person experiencing great fortune.

That said, I do believe there is something to the idea of "like attracts like" and that focusing on the negative can keep you mired in it. I absolutely know that we have to feel our emotions and not be in denial about the difficulties of situations but that can be taken to the extreme and turn us into bitter and cynical people, which I don't want for myself.

This particular book appealed to me because it wasn't all "woo woo" and "we can learn from our dolphin ancestors", it was just solid advice presented in a practical and logical format. The exercises are helpful and thought provoking and there are many empowering quotes. I definitely will put these ideas into practice.

There are so many books on manifesting on the market right now. Some are quite good. They lay out the steps and contain exercises that teach the reader how to manifest his or dreams. Others focus on one part of the process making it seem much more complex than it is.

If you are looking for a good solid book on manifesting that looks at all aspects of manifesting while keeping the process simple and straightforward, then I highly recommend The Law of Attraction Plain and Simple. This book presents eleven steps. Exercises not only take the reader through the manifesting process but they address many of the most common obstacles to actually getting what you want.

I very much appreciate this later aspect the most because I feel that many manifesting books make the process feel like a greedy grab for cash and wealth. Then, people wonder why they don’t get what they want. This book encourages readers to find what they really want and need to be happy. It also helps them work through unhealthy belief issues so that they will succeed.

Tiny book with giant thoughts. Kind of repititive but yea if one is going through a hard patch in life, can turn to this book and use it as a mood booster.

As we are aware that action determines everything . Soaking ourselves in these books reap benefits only if we're ready to learn & execute.

This book is about The Universal Law of Attraction, where like attracts like. “We attract into our lives whatever we direct our conscious attention to.” Meaning that whatever you focus on expands. You should “… release all negative feelings and negative energy from your life”. “Positive energy will attract positive situations, people and experiences into your life.” The book helps you live your greatest life, find inner peace and happiness, and attract and manifest your dream life, to live the life you were born to live.

How to apply it:
1. Decide what you want.
2. Choose your thoughts and feelings. Turn a negative to a positive.
3. Keep the end in mind. Live by your values and purpose.
4. Remove meaning. Separate the fact from your interpretation of the situation.
5. Stop resisting and let go. Accept your life exactly as it is, and stop living in the world of shoulds.
6. Forgive others and yourself, free up energy. Be thankful for the learning experience.
7. Unleash the past.
8. Be grateful.
9. Choose your friends carefully.
10. Connect mind, body and spirit.
11. Feel it, believe it, achieve it. Be present and aware, and take action.

Dream big and enjoy the journey.

On having read many books on the subject of the Law of Attraction, all of which had a good amount of repetition, I can recommend this as a short, compact read/listen on the subject, the audiobook being only 1 hour and 8 minutes long. On saying that, however, I feel that even this could have been edited to make it an even better, more concise summary.

There are small tips or exercises given that you can take note of or do. Most, again, are familiar from other sources, for example, drawing up a Wheel of Life/Life Wheel.

This book is in essence a regurgitation of the same material to be found in other similar books. It can be a good place to start, however, should you be new to the subject.

Sonia Ricotti was both the author and the narrator of this audiobook. As a narrator, she was good, reading clearly.

I like to join the others here; this book offers exactly what it promises. A list to attract positivity and move out of negative thoughts/energy in a straight-forward way. I personally prefer this over a book of 200+ pages including filler-research just for the sake of making it seem more important. Great read for those looking to move towards a more positive mindset!

A small summary:
1. Decide what you want (dream big, and look at what you want each day!)
2. Decide your feelings
3. Keep the end in mind (live by your core values and with purpose, perhaps write these out)
4. Remove meaning (recognize the difference between what happened and your interpretation of it, and consciously choose positive interpretations)
5. Let go (accept negative emotions, then let go of them - e.g. remove feeling bad about debt, work on it, but don't stress yourself out about it so much)
6. Forgive (learn from the experience, then let go and move on)
7. Unleash the past (don't let bad things from the past influence your present negatively; be aware of its effects)
8. Be grateful (focus on how far you've come! Make writing down what you're grateful for a habit)
9. Choose your friends carefully (hang out with people who inspire you; why hang out with others who don't bring you energy?)
10. Health: connect mind, body, and spirit (set up dedicated me-time, exercise, have good nutrition, be in nature, don't be afraid to be alone, journal) >> schedule your weeks to include this!
11. Allow it (feel it, believe it, achieve it)

Tips on how to grow:
* create an action list every day, week, month
* be a leader and elevate others
* take the leap, do "scary" things

I guess this book delivers exactly as the title suggests - the law of attraction “plain and simple” - and as admittedly stated by the author at the beginning of the book - each chapter can be a book by itself and discussed far deeper

And that’s what I’d prefer from a book - while the information was great and worthwhile read nevertheless - it seems it could be covered as a podcast interview / short report/guide vs what I’d hope to get out a book.

This book is a nice short read that packs a punch with every word. “The Law of Attraction Plain and Simple” is a great book for someone who wants to get out of that negative mindset and start focusing on the positive, and wants to focus on their persona growth.

The total read is just under 120 pages and the book is of smaller size. It has exercises in each chapter for you to think through and, at the end of the book, talks about how you can start to attract positivity right now!

If you’re looking for a short easy read to get you going on your self improvement journey, pick this one up!

Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.

This book is simple, and simply to the point, about living in the moment, envisioning what we want, planning for our vision and ourselves, energy we radiate, energy we attract, energy we desire.

In audio form it is the length of a podcast. Perfect for insightful learning in an hour. Is it Rocket science? No. Human science? Yes.

It is all about surrounding ourselves with positive energy from positive people, creating a vision of what we want, making an action plan, and acting upon it every single day.

This audiobook was very brief, as stated in the title "plain and simple." The purpose of this book appears to be purely motivational. To motivate people to rethink the way they live their day-to-day lives through the benefits of positive thinking. This is similar to many other books I have recently read, but with less detail. If you would like to read more into this concept of positivity and the effect it has on one's life, "A Complaint Free World" by Will Bowen is a good place to start.

It’s simple and basic but I don’t think it’s a bad thing. There are plenty of books with bunch of examples etc and truthfully I’m not too into those stories. Enjoyed going through simple, important aspects of law of attraction, even if there wasn’t anything exactly new. Sometimes it’s just good to revise what you know, and I think this would be an easy read for someone just wanting to know about the topic.

Wow! I absolutely loved this book! If you need a quick read on the Law of Attraction to understand what it is and how to live your life within it, this book is for you. Ricotti outlines the steps in simple, easy to read sections and ends each chapter with an exercise. This book may only be a little over 100 pages but the exercises will have you working on yourself outside the book for a lifetime.

Just as the title says 'simple' the book covered the law of attraction rules in a very direct and simple explanation very easy to read only took me about one hour to finish. I recommend this book to read for those who want to learn more about the law of attractions and how they can apply it in their life as it is a good stat up to read about.

A repetition of what the books in this genre says. Nothing special really.

You should be positive and enjoy every moment. Be a leader, journal, meditate and spend time with good people. Write down important things and scale your success in that area from 1-10. Then take action through continuously learning.

This is more of a tiny booster :) I listened to the audiobook, narrated by the author. It’s not particularly deep, but more of a recap of concepts found in other self-help books I’ve read. Plain and simple—literally. It’s a quick, light listen, ideal for a one-hour drive, leaving you feeling energized by the time you reach your destination.

Lyhyt opas siihen, kuinka ajatuksen avulla luodaan oma unelmien elämä. Perussettiä oman tavoitteen visualisoinnista, meditaation hyödyntämisestä jne amerikkalaisella innostuksells höystettynä. Ihan kiva muttei mitenkään erikoinen.

Quick easy ways to bring more positivity into your life. I enjoyed the quotes because they were short and sweet but very applicable. Each chapter has a worksheet or exercise to do to help implement each value.

Although there wasn’t much new (for me), 2 questions at the end were super helpful-

1) What does your best life look like? (Common question but #2 really kicks it up a notch)

2) WHY ARE’NT YOU LIVING IT?????

It seems a bit woo-woo, but you will get what you put your attention on. Not because there's some cosmic force is behind it (maybe?), but because you will take the actions that are driven by your thought patterns.

Audiobook. Useful but says stuff most life coaches like this say. Still another life story of going after what you want when things are really bad. I need to hear that and need action steps! This book after that and in an easy to digest manner.
