There are some absolutely grate ideas inside this text for teachers, but it is definitely a bit outdated for this climate. I wouldn't follow the directions and ideas therein to the T. Adjusting your teaching to not only fit your style but also the climate of culture are part of the many sets of keys to succeeding in the classroom.
