With all the different morphs that Eclipse Phase has to offer, it is good to have such a book as a gamemaster. Most of the rules were already included in the core book, but there are also new morphs and variants. The illustrations are almost all new, and most are gorgeous, especially of the synthmorphs. This really helps when you are dealing with one of the more outlandish morphs, like half the morphs in Eclipse Phase. Whales on the surface of the sun? Modular robots? Crawling arachnoid cyborgs? All illustrated. If you ever wanted to know what a Biocore or a Cetus look like, then this guide is for you.

There are also small dialogues under each morph, although these are somewhat hit-or-miss. Some give fascinating information about the specs or the history of a morph, like how synthetic octopus morphs (Takkos) are criticized by actual octopus uplifts for the lacking chemoreceptors in the arms. Others are... not so fascinating. The Neo-Pig entry goes into too much detail on what their genitals look like (seriously) and shills for the anarchist factions and their fun and whacky social media pranks, something that Eclipse Phase already does too much.

Overall, I am very content with this book, and can fully recommend it to Eclipse Phase fans, players and gamemasters alike.
