Deidra D. S. Green has frequently been quoted as saying, "Writing is like breathing. Without it, I'd die..."
Deidra officially started her writing journey in 2011 with her first novel published in 2012. She have written roughly 25 full length novels and several novellas and short stories. Deidra has also written a few children's book, self-help projects and contributed to one anthology. She is the co-owner of a family publishing company that has been in business for eight years. Deidra is responsible for new acquisitions and is the editor in chief. Rathsi Publishing Company has published nearly 200 authors. In addition, Deidra is a ghostwriter, and has written for several celebrities and lay people alike. She also does academic writing, editing and consulting.
Deidra continues to be fascinated by the power of the written word. She has always written, and most recently decided to share her craft with the rest of the world.

"Elite Affairs II: Simple Elegance" by Deidra D. S. Green
My Thoughts...
I will say that this was one wonderfully written story that continued on from 'Elite Affairs I:
Orchestrated Beauty' that I thoroughly enjoyed. This author really has a way of keeping you
so attentive to her stories that you will find it hard to put down. The read finds Chrisette Duncan-Elliot still dealing with her own self images of herself...a horrible ending with that Langston,
a dysfunctional family...mom and sister with problems...but still she had her career which seemed
to be doing great. This part of the read deals also with Chrisette's friends and also 'ladies of Elite
Affairs Inc.' ... Carmen, Tempsett and Zion. Each one of these ladies had a story that was very
interesting to read about. Will Chrisette final find a love of her life as Gabriel comes more into
this picture? Will he be their for her thought the thick and thin of her life as she still is having to
deal with that Langston and her mom and sister [Desiree and Juliette]? Will there ever be any forgiveness for this family for all that had happened? I did love how this author was able to present this story in such a way that all questions and there will be many will be answered in the end. So, I would definitely recommend that you pick up both of this authors novels to fully understand what has gone on before and see how this ending will come out for one Ms. Chrisette Duncan-Elliot. Will it be a good ending?

What Leads to Elegance
Chrisette's life is revealed with her past along with her girlfriends and coworkers have more of a spotlight in this book. Chrisette's former fiance, Langston shows his true selfish personality. He's definitely a piece of work (not in good way). Gabriel's character is a breath of fresh air. I got thoroughly immersed in the characters and their lives. Ms Green's writing just draws you in and doesn't let go until the last word. Kudos!!!!

Elite Affairs II: Simple Elegance
The Elite Affairs gang is still hanging together in business and in friendship. With Chrisette getting engaged and Zion getting married, the independent Carmen is thinking about becoming a mother. A good follow up story. I enjoyed it.

This was AMAZING!!! Everything turned out just the way I wanted it to for all my favorite characters! This was a very delightful love story from Green and she didn’t let me down. If she want too, she can stop ✋🏽 her OR continue with a book three. “hint hint”😉

Very slow paced and I lost interest, book 1 I liked. But this one ruined it for me.
