Kink-curious submissive, Hank Ellsworth gets more than he bargained for when he attends a bondage demonstration at a local BDSM convention. Not only is the presenter a gorgeous Master with a body made for sin, but he chooses Hank to be his assistant and soon has Hank tied up and begging for more.
Love is the last thing veterinary professor Edison Smithfield is looking for when he meets Hank, but the sparks flying between them moments after they meet are hard to deny. Missing the connection between a Master and a slave, Edison agrees to let Hank serve him while keeping his heart safely out of reach.
While Hank enjoys the bondage sessions with Edison, he can’t help developing feelings for his withdrawn Master. When Edison won’t let Hank serve him sexually, Hank has to decide if he’s brave enough to walk away from the man of his dreams or stand his ground to prove to Edison the ties that bind are the most important of all.
Sick of the slogging rat-race of her 9-5 job, Pandora Pine put pen to paper (literally!) to make her ambition of becoming a romance novelist a reality. She cut her teeth in the dog-eat-dog world of fanfiction, still dreaming of the day when she would be a published author. She lives in Massachusetts with her blabbermouth muse who’ s a fan of middle of the night plot twists.
In her spare time, Pandora fancies herself an amateur nature photographer. She enjoys mucking around in swamps, hiking through the woods and crawling around on her hands and knees in her backyard seeking out the perfect shot. Pandora is a fan of roadside seafood shacks and always thinks Mexican food is a good idea at the time.
Some of Pandora’s favorite things are chocolate, writing longhand with purple pens and handsome men falling in love with each other.
Don't miss Pandora’s seductive new novel coming soon to an e-reader near you.
I really enjoyed this book and will seek out the rest of this series! Hank is kink curious. Edison is a master, but he isn't looking for a slave, or so he thinks. No drama, nice story and really nice characters. Hank has to make Edison "see" him to find their HEA!
I love this one not so much for the main story but for all the background bits. While Edison and Hank’s story was intense, it was how they all came together to work for a common goal. Plus we got a sneak peek at the next main character.
I'm torn with this book. The author hit all the requirements in a great book but it needed more of a spark. The characters were likeable and the story line believe but not much drama. I also had a hard time with the installation love from this couple.
Most times, it seems like it is some evil master bent on breaking the sub. Not in this tale. This time dom/sub relations are handled how they should be in real life, with open discus by both side. Thank you, Pandora for getting it right.
Pandora Pine has such a quirky writing style that pulls the reader in and doesn't let them go!
Hank is a "kink-curious" veterinary student. Edison is a master giving a bondage demonstration and recruits Hank to be his "victim" er assistant. Que the first of many hotter than hell steamy sex scenes between these two! I actually sent Ms. Pine a message to include a warning in the synopsis of her books that the reader needs a huge fan to cool off after reading her books!
“It’s hotter than Satan’s nut sack in here.”
It was early days and he knew they were still feeling each other out, but he would much rather they be feeling each other up.
1-click this quirky and HTH Student Bodies story and then go back and get the rest!
This book was good, but that's no surprise! What I did find surprising was how short it was, I know these books aren't normally all that long but I was still hoping for more, it was very much WHAM BAM THANK YOU SIR, they met, couldn't let themselves fall in love, fell in love, the end.
I was kinda disappointed, especially in the very limited amount of sexual encounters, I don't know, maybe it's been too long since I've read this series but for some reason I thought I remembered there being a bit more to the other books or maybe its because I binge read the other books once I discovered them. Anyways, the story was good despite how short it was so it gets four stars!
Another master/slave relationship but this time with a "virgin" slave. Hank was a pleasant character, I liked his attitude and that he was honest with Edison. It was sweet to see how both made it. :3 And the reunion of the other character of the series and the steady growing "family" they build. :3
I'm really curious to read the 7th book, Third And Long, with a football player and math professor as MCs. :3
