Krystle was a normal kid by some people's standards. If you were to ask her parents, she was just a “special” child. Krystle's mother knew that something definitely wasn't right with her child.
Given the situation, Krystle's father does what he feels is necessary to take care of the problem at hand. When Krystle starts to become too much, that's when her aunt, Courtney, comes into play. Being that Courtney's profession is to listen to people's problems, she feels inclined to help her brother, Tony, and niece Krystle, out.
The whole thing blows up in Courtney's face when secrets are revealed, and Krystle finds out something that she never evn knew. For Tony, it feels as if he's losing his little girl, but for Courtney, it feels as if the years of secrets she's been hiding are coming to light.
Who will prevail in this epic battle for Krystle's sanity? Will Krystle find out the truth or be forever shadowed? Will Courtney be honest or leave Krystle in the dark concerning the truth? Will Tony be truthful or keep his rouse going?
Find out Krystle's beginning to end when you read WITHIN.

A Good Read.

Very suspenseful read. Keeps you guessing on what is really going on
Can't wait to get more background on how the character Krystal and Bishop got together.

Rachel gets better and better with each release. Like Blood Money, this book kept me on edge and I never saw what was coming. Interested in seeing what she would do with a Within 2???? Crossing my fingers! In the meantime, please give me Pieces of Me 3 NOW!!! Now, about Within...

The book begins with Krystle insisting to her psychiatrist, who is also her Aunt Courtney, that she did not murder her ex-fiancée, Bishop. She feels horrible that she convinced him to meet up with her so that she, Akira, and FiFi could confront him for being the womanizing man-whore that he is.... But she never imagined that Akira was angry and crazy enough to kill him.

Krystle begs for Akira and Fifi to come forward with the truth to keep her from going to jail for a crime that she didn't commit, and finally, they agree. But when they meet up with Krystle and her Aunt Courtney, the truths that are discovered lead to a nail-biting chain of events.

FiFi then tries her hardest to keep Akira from causing more damage than she already has, but Akira proves over and over again that she is a dominating force to be reckoned with, and manipulates Krystle to the point of no return.

Courtney and Tony, Krystle's dad, have skeletons in their closets that will only cause Krystle to stray further and further away from them, and bring her closer to Akira, who means to bring nothing but harm to Krystle.

If I say anything more, I'll spoil the book, but finding out who killed Bishop, this family's secrets, and how it ends up for Krystle was worth well over the $3.99 at Amazon. I strongly recommend this read!!!
