I felt like the first scene was quite strong, although Jae's lack of nipples is a little bizarre (perhaps has something to do with Korean pornography laws?) Also, blue roses are not a thing. I cannot say this enough.
Much of this volume is focused on Michael and Jae's having sex for the first time, which in itself is a hot and compelling scene. The following pages of tormented love triangle between Jae, Michael, and Ken are not as much. There's also Michael's backstory, which is basically the same as Jae's story, with a side serving of attempted suicide. It surprises me how little action there is in this series. I'm still enjoying it, but it is hard to pretend that it is anything more than a romance (which happens to feature a vampire) rather than a very interesting story.
