About the Author
Author Susan Cain graduated from Princeton University and Harvard Law School before turning her talents to law, negotiations and teaching. Since then, she has succeeded in turning her private studies, business acumen and life experiences into a fascinating and powerful book. Although the book took Cain seven years to research and write, she explains that it is the culmination of everything she's learned since becoming an adult. And despite being a self-proclaimed introvert, Cain has been committed to publicizing the ideas in her book through interviews, TED Talks and by founding an organization called The Quiet Revolution.

Excellent Read

This book helped me understand the importance of accepting people for who they are. Allowing one to be who they are brings the best out of them and also blessed you in the process.

Thought provoking

An interesting and thought provoking brief. It's definitely made me evaluate how I communicate with my introvert friends and family.

Understanding oneself

Learning the difference between the personalities of introvert and extrovert.
I actually saw my strengths that balances out even in my weaknesses.
I don't allow people to get close enough, always watching and listening( discerning).
This book help me to understand these traits.
