No scientific reference or lab study

Was disappointed about the book, I was looking for scientific reference or study made about mitochondria. The author makes general claims of 3 Ps, lots of cooking recipes to protect mito, Who has time to cook? The title should be. Mitochondria Cook book.

Good intro.

Good intro to cell biology. A reasonably fast read. However, in the last 5 years, research and discoveries have advanced this subject. But the interventions and exersices are still good for you. Enjoy
