Chris Mascaro (me!) was born in 1982 in Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Virginia. The youngest, her imagination was always broad and always creating whether it was a story, a piece of art, or creating a Barbie Broadway Hit!

At the age of 9, she began writing for her classmates at school as well as attending Young Authors. By the time she was in high-school, she had a small following of friends who wanted the next chapter to the book she was writing at the time. She developed her writing skills all the way into college.

Chris went to Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI for International Relations and Journalism, with a specialization in Publication Design. At this time, she wasn't writing and instead was designing and branding small businesses. Instead, her writing took a 'copy and edit' style.

After volunteering in dog rescues and horse rescues and opening her business in Estes Park, Colorado, she began to write again, combining the best of all three in one! This is when she began to pick up writing for an audience again.

Now, in the summer she owns and runs a small tourist excursion company and in the winter she writes ebooks. Hobbies include website designing, graphic design, publication design, teaching community ed classes in digital marketing and branding, SEO consultation, and of course...writing!
