In 4000 B.C., the Sumerian city of Ahksa faces complete annihilation due to a severe and prolonged drought. To stem this tide, they have sacrificed one of their own every new season to a powerful demonic force that lives in a deep cavern nearby. A force that was originally summoned to protect them by using the Ex-Mortis. This remedy, however, has failed them over the last few years. Famine, starvation and death has engulfed the city. When Ishme the latest sacrifice, is thrown into the cavernous pit, he discovers the demon now wants something else. Does Ishme have what it takes to save his city?
Frank Hannah is a Los Angeles based filmmaker that has worked in film, television and now comic books. He wrote the cult hit The Cooler that starred William H. Macy, Maria Bello and Alec Baldwin. He was born in Scotland, but moved to the states at a young age.
