I began writing, because I liked the idea of using the imagination to tell stories. At an early age, I published poetry, news articles, and jokes for magazines, but I always was partial to writing books. When I finally had the chance to do this, I wanted to write lesbian romance books that incorporated other parts of a woman’s life. Many of us have families, jobs, and non-romantic relationships that are a big part of our lives, and I thought that it would be more realistic to incorporate these features into the books that I wrote. Later, I noticed that the availability of LGBT books in bookstores and libraries was sparse. I wanted to write more than one genre of lesbian fiction, so that those that were into other types of books like action, adventure, crime, and mystery were able to find a book that suited their personality with characters that were like them.

After their experience at Grandma Potter's farm, Jai and Sam think that their lives will be simple, but when a local student from their hometown goes missing, chaos arises. It's up to Sam and Jai to find the culprit before more lives are in danger.

I really enjoyed the story but I wish Nicole had chosen a different narrator. The story and characters are great but the narration left me wanted something more. As always I recommend you try it for yourself. Great story though!

This is a story of kidnappings and family secrets. It was very interesting although it was quite short. I listened to it in one seating because I just needed to know who was kidnapping the kids.
The narration was just ok and it was more reading the story and not narrating and adding emotion to what was happening.

This was a really interesting story. I was kept hooked trying to figure out who was kidnapping the kids and why. The bit of suspense and uncertainty were well done. I would have liked it a little longer.

The narration was just ok. I liked Dori Odea's voice but there wasn't enough, or any, emotion. It felt like she was just reading the words.

This book has a lot of emotion in it, it’s written well and deals with several issues. Great performance from Dori.

I loved

This mini series was the best loved the characters. Hope there's more to come. The suspense kept me interested and the romance was the icing on the cake. I recommend.
