I read this stunning book with my son who has Djiboutian Jewish roots on his father’s side. So it was like a ticket to the land of his ancestors. You literally became fascinated from the first pages, and I am a million percent certain that if you love and cherish nature, animals and African breathtaking landscapes - you’ll fall in love with this book! No matter how old you are. Trust me, your inner child will love it! Besides that, you’ll learn countless new interesting information about birds, their habits and life (spoiler alert: what a wonderful, intelligent and empathetic creations they are!) All the illustrations are another reason to be delighted.
So yeah. Highly recommend it to all nature-lovers!
