I listened to this book as an audiobook, hoping it would give me insight in how and why I should practice meditation. It had some good ideas about meditative practice, but I find I was looking for more intellectual or spiritual education. This is a pretty good book for ideas on practicing meditation, but it did not inspire me to pick up the meditation habit.

While this had so good basic information there was a product pitch in the middle that caught me off guard.

This was pretty good. I liked the physiology review on how some of the body works as they prepared to teach more on how to improve breathing and posture and reducing stress. It was really quick but informative.

I love the breathing techniques and guided stretch from Liza Oz. It really helps.
For the rest of the book, it is just a summary of all possible reasons that cause stress. Nothing surprise. It is a reminder of what a stress-free life is if you aware of your stress, sleep, and diet, etc.

I have trouble sleeping at night and this has given me some great tips for helping to be more relaxed, and less stressed.
