Pro (věčného) začátečníka vcelku dobrá kniha. Obsahuje soubor základních cviků a autor lehce naťukne správnou životosprávu. A v tom je tak trochu kámen úrazu - rozhodně neočekávejte výživového poradce, spíš materiál k zamyšlení. A nesmíte brát všechno úplně doslova - i přes překlad z textu občas čiší americký smysl pro bombastičnost a přehánění. Pokud vydržítě, po 3 měsících zcela jistě uvidíte výsledky.

I got my partner this book for Christmas and we have just finished our first 90 days. We didn't miss any days and had a lot of fun cheering each other on. We both improved for example he improved his rep counts or times and I improved by actually been able to perform some moves I previously couldn't. Generally our fitness levels have definitely improved and we are pleased. On to round 2 :)
