Yes, so, at the very least I am a decade away from menopause if not longer... I admit that this title fits in a reading challenge task and I was mildly curious. I would have dropped it if I found the audiobook horribly boring but it is actually highly informative. TMI actually. However, if you are on the cusp on menopause and requires some tricks & tips, I can recommend this to you. There are so much information in this book that you'd probably want to have a physical book as a reference. Authors write on multitude of topics from nutrients, exercise, sleep, alternative therapies, all the way down (or up?) to sex. The last chapter (1 hour of audio) is dedicated to recipes which needless to say I won't be writing down...

All I know is that I should:
> stick to my current exercise regime for the rest of my life (ugh!)
> try to eat healthy starting NOW (diabetes gene so I really need to watch out)
> do facial massage AND moisturise/protect my décolletage
> sleep sleep sleep (but then when do I READ?!)
