Bonnie Parker #2

What Human Remains

Rate this book
Man is the cruelest animal.

Bonnie Parker has been through living hell. Having lost her friends and the life she knew to the horrors of the River Valley Dam, she is trying to come to terms with what she has become.

But the past is already back to haunt her.

Chased by shadows that seem to follow her every move she finds herself a prisoner of those who claim to help her. Trapped in a nightmare of ruthless experiments, she soon discovers that humans are far worse than the monsters they are hunting.

In order to survive, she must put her trust in the man who has tried to kill her—twice.

What Human Remains is the second book in the Bonnie Parker Series.

Such good storytelling! If you like supernatural, werewolf stories, you need to check this one out! The vibes in the book are still suspenseful, but in a British TV, experimental lab sort of way. (It’s not set in Britain, those are just the vibes I had the whole time). I already ordered the next two books!

There's plenty of action in this book to keep you turning pages. Bonnie has to not only navigate the changes happening within her but also a gathering of people and tons of shifting alliances. Darkness saturates this book, so I recommend making sure you're in the right mood for drinking it :)

Bonnie Finds A Mate.

Poor Bonnie, she's been attacked by a werewolf in book one, turned into a werewolf in book two and had so many operations in a military hospital she should look like Sher! Still it looks like loves on the cards for her but now I've got to buy book three to find out. A good read, so highly recommended for all werewolf fans.

An exciting and fast-paced read and a more than worthy follow-up to the first volume, They Wait in the Woods. Heart-racing good fun!
