I have struggled with eating too much sugar all of my adult life. This book shed light on the danger I have been flirting with by eating too much sugar. It is truly addictive! But I must let it go. Thanks for writing this much needed book.
This ebook provides a brief description of the many ailments that sugar can cause or contribute to in the human body. I have given it three stars as I personally think it is misleading to say that it provides strategies on how to reduce the amount of sugar someone consumes. I reached the end of the book and wondered if there was a part I'd missed. A better description would be; a description of how sugar can affect the body both physically and also mentally/emotionally. It would have been good if the book had references to evidence what was being said - especially as there were some typos which did make you question the credibility of the book (although this I guess is to be expected if it is a newly published ebook, hopefully these errors will be rectified in future editions). It would also have been good to see charts, for example detailing what the current guidelines are for sugar consumption and showing how much sugar there is on average in different products. This could include products which are obviously high in sugar but also the so called hidden sugar products. I was asked to read this book (I was able to buy the ebook for free - however at the time of writing the ebook was free anyway) and provide an honest review.

It explains a quick overview on how sugar can negatively impact the human body, but doesn't give and tips for strategies on how to remove sugar from your diet. It's a fast read and gives the reader a quick and dirty dialogue of sugar being more bad than good. I only gave the book three stars, as I was hoping for a bit more in the strategy department, but it being for free I shouldn't really expect more.
