This book is a plethora of different emotions presented to the readers in the most subtle way. It ropes you into an emotional journey that leaves you with a nuanced perspective towards life.

The story revolves around, a 60-year-old, Abhijeet Deshmukh, who lived his childhood days, in penury, but rises to fame as one of the most affluent business tycoon of his times. Having everything in his life, from a perfect marriage to a well-run firm, he has very little to complain about. However, his life takes a sharp turn when an astrologer makes an astounding prediction of his life coming to an end within the next six months. Hearing this, he realizes that there is much more to life than he gives credit for. As the day of the inevitable comes closer, something very shocking happens.

Read the book to know the twist!

I feel, this book gives a holistic view on life with its approach being centered at enjoying every little moment that we, as humans, often tend to miss. It’s a perfect blend of spirituality and self growth, which is a much-needed lesson to learn in today’s world.

Despite, the narrative getting dull at places, explaining mundane details of the characters day-to-day life, I would, still recommend this book, as you somehow, evolve into a better person by the end of the book!

Life version 2 by Suhas Inamdar is my 3rd book of the author.
The thing I like most about this author is his versatility as he has touched various aspects and topics in his books. And he makes sure to give just enough information about those subjects so as to update your basic knowledge about it, and not shoo you away with too much blabbering.

Life Version 2 is a great example of the same. It narrates the story of a 60- year old business tycoon, who created a mansion out of nothing.
The protagonist Mr. Deshmukh is rather an intriguing personality as a lot can be learnt from the man.

The other thing I admire most about the author is his homework in the subject. Here too, Suhas has subtly given away the basics of astrology, which aren't quite basically known!
The way the character prepares himself for an so called "impending" death successfully puts a reader into thought, coaxing them to think what they might do in his shoes.

All in all, it was a fun read.
But in certain areas, the points and narration are stretched way too much, which is a little distracting.
But the protagonist seems to have a captivating voice that seems to balance it all.

If its a fiction or self help only the reader can decide
I started reading this book as the blurb sounded interesting and it turned out to be a page turner.
The hero Mr. Deshmukh is a relatable, logical, knowledgeable modern man. His ideas will make you believe his theories.
The book sometimes gets stretchy but the twist and turns are so unexpeceted that the book keeps you guled.
must read, to understand how unpredicatable life is and we must value the present.

"An Ode to the Life!"

The story was an opening scene of a prolific protagonist Mr. Abhijit Deshmukh, who was no less than a star who rose from a simple two meals a day to a renowned life capturing a fleet of businesses. But when everything is going perfectly the way you planned, an abrupt diversion calls off your mechanical mind to slow down and ponder upon basic things that brings peace and contention enrolled in small pleasures. The author "Suhas Inamdar" has meticulously upgraded the story narration by flawlessly including the taste of astrology to rope in the interest of many by weaving around a subject like life and death.

But eventually, he drapes his life in different styles like a pelican rising from the old and obsolete life patterns to the new. How exactly the prediction twisted his life and how he paved his way is worth a read.

This book as the title suggests is all about life and various elements that comprises of it. That being said, the story revolves around Mr. Deshmukh - a business tycoon who started from rags and ended up with riches. What captivates the most about the protagonist is the way he approaches things without compromising on the ethics, trying to have a clear and sometimes a different perspective on matters, the way he approaches life and tried to embrace the harsh prediction of uncertainty that was thrown at him and so much more. The cover depicts the deeper gist of the story, which one might understand as they are midway to it. The story on the whole was so contextual that every scene had something to give the reader. That being said, at some point one might feel like there was too much to comprehend and that made it a bit overwhelming. Nonetheless, there were a few plot twists in the story to keep the readers engaged. The pace of the story was a tad slow and thus would require undivided attention to keep up with the philosophical content. The narration was smooth and the dialogues and language used gelled with the mood of the story. The character development altogether could have been given a little more importance. Overall, this is an amazing self help book with a lot of take aways. I would give this a 3.5/5.

A powerful businessman who has seen his days of struggle during his childhood rises up to be a successful tycoon and is an inspiration to many. This is the story of Abhijeet Deshmukh - the protagonist in the story Life Version - 2 by Suhas Inamdar. But what happens when suddenly you wake up and an astrologer predicts your death? When you are given a certain timespan to live? How do you then to choose to live life?
There is nothing missing in Abhijeet's life, he has a loving wife and children who admire his work and decision he takes while handling the empire. But after hearing this predicament that is when Abhijeet starts to see and experience little moments that we often forget while being busy in our lives. The author stresses upon the mantra called WISDOM OF GOLDAGE. It is interesting to read as he has elaborated on each letter of the mantra on what it means and how one should follow the same in life. The book also gives you an interesting insight on astrology and zodiac signs which is explained in details.

The book is an eyeopener but only if it wasn't too slow. At times you find yourself dragging yourself to read ahead since it does become interesting then it takes a dip - yet you are curious to know what happens till the end. I would still suggest to go ahead and read it since it makes you realize on all the little things that you keep missing in your daily life.

Suhas Imandar is back with one of the contemporary story and has done the work beautifully as always. He has kept his original style of simpler words and easy language for the proper understanding of the reader.

The story revolves around a man who started off his career from scratch and by the age of retirement he was on the top of his career. The man was predicted to die in the next six months by an astrologer and the circumstances of his living flipped. He rethinks what he desires in his life and what can he accomplish in the short period of time he has left with him.

The author has laid out the entire plot in an easy manner and i feel the language used or the way of expressing the things and incidents is way too simple and a reader expects more than just understanding things. I believe the author should work on his expertise in words and the use of his phrases. The author can reduce the use of excessive context that lengthens the plot and can make the context more direct and appealing to the reader.

The characters were laid out accurately and each of the characters had their roles perfectly assigned to them. The narration used by the author was the third person who knows all. It was fitting in the story, and gave the book a new life.

I'd give this one 3.9/5, so go get your copy now!

🖋️“Remember, a ship is very safe in harbor, but that is not what it is built for.” Does that allude to you? Such is Mr. Suhas Inamdar.

🖋️Abhijeet Deshmukh: A sixteen-year-old boy with twenty in the pocket, hailing from Latur (a small town in Maharastra), goes on to become one of the most exemplary business tycoons of his times. But then he has to experience something very obvious and inevitable: death. Oh well, we all are destined to face death someday or the other, but it takes a lot to experience death in a true sense. What if I say, you’re going to succumb to death in a few months? That’s our protagonist!

🖋️Being a tycoon rooted in a small town, he is the perfect amalgam of true emotions and business; to whom one can always look up to transform anyway. Deshmukh is a strong believer in astrology and takes an interest in a range of themes like mythology, philosophy, religion, history, and many more. Having such a diversified perspective makes him a man of vision, integrity, perseverance, healthy debates, self-awareness, honesty, gratitude, and a great listener overall. In short, an old soul taking on the world with modernity.

🖋️The book has a very simplistic flow to its events which makes it a great crowd puller. Having said so, I believe it can be a great pick for the “not a reader” bag of people too. Though I see the story lacks the character developing front, it makes a moral comeback at providing lucid and insightful takeaways to deal with life.

🖋️Mr. Inamdar was compelling enough to make me relive my 104 ⁰F steaming fever which had compelled me to breathe death on the brim of life yet not slipped a step further.
So if you’re a warrior pretty valiant to experience death on Earth yet stay anchored to do the needful irrespective, this work is a definite go-to. However, I’d love to recommend this book to anyone and everyone keeping an open-minded prospect into account.

🖋️As Abhijeet alluded, “Failure is acceptable but low aim is a crime.” Let us take that extra mile to walk not guilty. But how? By giving it a read, maybe?
