Read this beautiful inspirational Amish baby romance to find out.
Abram and his wife Sarah have longed for a child for so long. They have prayed to God but we all know he has his reasons to do as he does.
On a dark and stormy night Abram is awoken by a dream and thinks he hears a child. Sarah wakes and she also hears the child crying, they find the infant laying on the back porch crying.
They are wondering who would leave a baby and where is the mother.
I enjoyed reading this story. It’s quick to finish and has a good ending.
This was a sweet novella in which an Amish couple is unable to have a child. Though it is heartbreaking, they are left a baby on the doorstep. They fall in love with him only to find that the young mother desperately wants him back. They help her and the father make a new start and find peace in their mission. Though it leaves them in a childless state, God acts to bring them the blessing they never expected.
Beautifully written story of Sarah and Abram’s struggle. They’ve been married 28 years and it seems their prayers will never be answered. Then one stormy night, Abram hears the cry of a baby, abandoned on their back porch. Is this God’s way of answering their prayers? Read Abram’s Child to learn where this child came from and if this child is truly theirs to keep.
I enjoyed this Amish story. As someone who has lost 3 babies, this was a real heart tugger. I voluntarily chose to review this and I've given it a 5* rating. I liked how this author showed healing while helping others. This had a very nice ending.
A beautiful story about love and faith. Abram and Sarah wanted a child and one was left on their porch. They had to find the mother and they returned the child, but God is true and he gave them a son of their own.
I chose this rating because it was a good clean book of faith. I really am in awe of Amish people and the love they have for God and the simple way they live.
Such a wonderful story. I love the unselfishness and love in the hearts of Abram and Sarah. The compassion they showed for Jacob on Elizabeth. It was why God saw fit to bless them with their own miracle of a child. Thanks for sharing this wonderful story.
This was a great story of Gods grace and mercy The author did a great job showing the reader how God can meet our greatest desires in ways we could not imagine Great job and very enjoyable story
Nice short story with an inspiring theme. A dilemma is handled with care and prayer. Of course everything turns out okay, but isn’t that what we’re looking for?
Two young people didn’t follow the rules, but God still blessed them. They were given His Love instead of punish them for things that were out of their control.
GOD IS IN CONTROL. WHAT HE WILLS IS ALWAYS BEST I enjoyed this inspirational story that is an Amish modern day event similar to Abraham and Sarah of the Bible. Sarah and Abraham have been married for many years but have never been blessed with a child One night during a storm they are awakened by the sound of an infant crying. Taking the baby in, they offer his a home and love, but they need to find his mother. What would cause a mother to leave her baby on someone’s porch and during a storm? Will finding the birth mother bring them peace or leave them broken hearted? God’s timing is always perfect and no matter what, He is in control.
