Best selling fan picks: The Wonderland trilogy, FLY, The Theater, Irresistible, and the Dream Eater Saga
The tess for the story is deep rooted into the original story but with a lot of evil twist and turns that make my head hurt and my stomach jump up and down
This isn't a full story or even a full comic book issue. It is just a few pages to act as a preview for the story arc. I did like the fact that it had a synopsis for both Return to Wonderland and Beyond Wonderland. Nice artwork. The bunny at the end was a nice, if gruesome, touch.
When I downloaded this book I was scared that there would be fan service because of how the artwork is. It is not just how the women are dressed but also how their skin glitsens. It was not fan servicing which is good. I think it did a good job of introducing the story even though it was short.
Escape From Wonderland #0 PLOT: Callie returns home to the Liddle House to confront her brother and take back her daughter. She no longer is using her alias Lacie. When inside the house she's faced with the Liddle houses nightmarish memories. Possibly the work of Johnny. Since he won't come out she decides to return to his playground. Armed with knife in hand.
MY THOUGHTS: I think that it takes amazing strength and courage to return to a place that's brought you so much pain. But then I've never been a parent. (Don't want to be a parent). And I heard about how parenthood can make you do things for the love of your kid that you didn't even think you were capable. Either way, after all, Callie's been through I think she's definitely bad ASS! But I hope this time she ends this once and for all. Somehow I think though this will go on and on for generations to come.
