My Feldenkrais Book [2nd edition] - How to do somatic exercises, develop mindfulness, improve motor skills and feel your best: A companion for Feldenkrais group classes

Rate this book
Think better. Move better. Feel better. Sense better. This book will guide you into the fascinating world of somatic education, and the Feldenkrais Method. Furthermore, the book is great to show to friends and relatives to illustrate what this kind of movement based approach is, rather than having to describe and explain. People love the pictures and the speech bubbles. You can just hand over the book and say „Look, this is what I am doing!” *with a smile* The book appeals to all people, all age groups and backgrounds. The book is contemporary, user-friendly and although it is small it is packed with information and inspiration. It's a great resource.

It's very hard to convey the many and profound principles of the Feldenkrais method, and the ever changing experience of attending classes.
This very short book tries to do that, using simple words and nice pictures.
Those who will start the practice will soon discover that there's much more to learn, and would eventually read the books of Moshé Feldenkrais.
