i read this in process of determining whether i can't live without adobe's lightroom or apple's aperture - and it's not that i can't understand why you wouldn't want lightroom if you already have photoshop, it's that i can't understand why you need aperture if you already have iphoto. somebody help me out here?

this is a good book to get me right in there with the subject

not sure it goes into much beyond the interface but I know the printing part from photoshop

also not sure on aperture 2 interface for painting/spotting or library management, 3 seems better
