After opening this book I found I was already fluent with 95% of the materials in it. The discussion about Netback Pricing was useful. I also liked the illustrations of the Contractor and Government take under the Concessionary and Production Sharing Agreement regimens. Apart from that though, yawn.
There was not much discussion on decision analysis in this volume, but I am hopeful that “Volume 2: Probabilistic Models” will deliver the goods on that front.
