This manga is amazing. From all the stories that I have read so far, this one's unique and unpredictable. There's depth in the characters, and there are lessons to be learned.

5/5 estrellas.

This was so good! I really enjoyed this and this was great ending (?) at least that what Kei Sanbe called it, but what are we gonna do in the "last volume" now when the story ended? Maybe it is own story. Anyway i have loved the time i have spend with this series!

Okay, this was a fine ending for the story (there's still a bonus stories volume but the main story ends here). It wasn't a flashy one, neither the confrontation between Satoru and the killer nor "the life after" chapter but that's not a bad thing here. Especially the final chapter had some nice scenes.
There were some twisty plotting with Satoru and Kenya as they made a trap for the killer which was fun to see unfold. The sentiment of close friends and family was lovely.

The MVP of this manga definitely was Sachiko. She kinda only lived for her son and didn't seem to have much life outside that but she was genuinely happy to be there for Satoru (and later Kumi too), so if she's happy doing it, that's fine. Kumi was lovely character too. I didn't care so much about Satoru at any point but fortunately he was surrounded by more interesting characters.

Art is ugly as ever, and that's why I'm dropping a star. Well, the backgrounds etc. are good but the characters' looks are just... yuck.

It was okay as a whole, the mystery was interesting, there were good twists and some of the characters were nice but the character art was unappealing. Other readers might be able to look past weird noses etc. and like this even more.

Well it was certainly different from the anime ending, but good nevertheless.
Actually, it was great with lots of flaws.

Story -was a little failure in my opinion. The time travel aspect was never explained. The mystery part was rather obvious. But the storytelling was beautiful and engaging.

The characters - I liked them all, even the bad guy. Satoru was likable, Airi was brave, Mother was badass, Kenya was clever (too clever for his age), Kayo was sweetheart, Sensei was too nice to be true.
And I liked killer's motives, he was a real psychopath. The only unlikable character was Kayo's abusive mother.

The art - though I didn't liked the character designs that much the art was smooth and clear, so that's a plus.

Overall, I enjoyed the manga very much. 4.25 stars

That is a great ending!
It wrapped up pretty well, the final panel was amazing!
And as a whole it was a pretty good story with great characters.
I stopped watching the anime after the first episode; to check the manga and when I saw the differences I decided to finish the manga first, before going back in to the anime, after that ending I think I do not have to, because it is a very good ending, but I will check the anime with an open mind.
Great series and a very good read.

The intensity and suspense of this volume gets me going to read the rest of the pages hungrily. I can’t get enough of the story, especially now since we’re on the last volume already.

It’s exciting to finally join along Satoru and Kenya in unveiling the mysteries behind the killings and be there for them until the very end. Not to mention, a possible new beginning for everyone to compensate with.

Update: I just finished the ending, I can now put my mind at ease.

I didn't like the events of the end of the manga as much I did for the anime. They were completely different...and I'm glad the anime didn't adapt it. The end, end was the same as the anime. The anime may have been a little rushed...but it was still better than the ending of the manga!

Senang banget mood baca lagi bagus.

Did i read four mangas in a day? yes, i did. Do i regret it? Not at all. My lord, my heart is aching so bad<\3. I didn't want to finish this, but I needed to know what was going to happen. I really hope the professor gets the penalty he deserves, he was disgusting and awful, he was a monster. I'm happy with the ending, i guess? I'm still really sad because all of the years he wasted and how he was willing to sacrifice almost his whole life for the sake of the people he loved.
I think the art is great, truly amazing. There were some funny parts (really really few ones, but let's treasure them) that I loved. The story is very well developed, and it has wonderful characters.
I could rant so much more about this series, but I don't want to be repetitive, so let's end this here. In conclusion, I loved this series and it became one of my favourites mangas! ^^ I'm really excited to start watching the anime:]
