Great and useful tips.

Great and very useful tips. Short and concise, and just the way I like. I would've given 5 stars, but the typos were distracting. Thankfully the audio version was accurate. Lastly, a few of the pages had no audio.

Shallow a and basic

I've spent decades speaking to groups all over the world. I have shared the platform with Generals, Senators, ambassadors, and unskilled communicators. Although some of the points are very valuable, they are available in almost every introductory text on communication. I don't believe this book adds anything new out valuable for the seasoned communicator.
