FINALLY! A science experiment book that is truly easy to use for adults and children (age 7 and up).

This book is laid out quite well. My favorite content was how each experiment showed exactly how long it would take. It is also quite obvious if you are sending your kids/students off to the "lab" solo, or supplying some guidance.
Kids thoroughly enjoyed the magical and brief stories that accompany each experiment. So not only can you create and observe unique and easy experiments, you can also read this like a story book.
So good we bought it immediately as a birthday gift! Solid 5 stars

This is an arts and crafts book with a small touch of science content. I think the “labs” are written in a way that middle elementary students would enjoy, but I doubt kids of that age could complete the projects without a lot of help.

Some of the tie-ins to magical ideas are a bit of stretch, but it's a great selection of crafts and science experiments, very accessible, lots of fun.

Great googly moogly! For all the HP geeks out there, here is this book! My library has it catalogued as J, but it feels more like a YA or Adult book because it involves a lot of hot glue gunning and very sharp scissors and knives and things. Hmm.

This book is for the Geeks! Big Geeks, little Geeks, but especially the Harry Potter Geeks! Some of them are pretty intricate and if the kids are doing them then make sure an adult is present. Fun stuff!
