Stop & Listen: Practicing Presence is about working with your choices to create deeper engagement. People talk about this concept quite a bit, but what does it really mean to be present? Is it a feeling, a perception, a way of life, a state of mind, all of the above? This book will explore what it means to be present at work and how your choices can help you create deeper engagement with your environment, others, and yourself. Through this content, you will understand your ability to intentionally create deeper presence in your life.
