The billionaire prince of NYC is going to show her exactly why it's called the city that never sleeps.

Maynard

When I met Claire I only had three rules.

One by one she made me break them all, and I broke her heart because of it.

Now I'll do what it takes to make her mine again.

Even if that means losing my family's billion dollar company and getting thrown in prison in the process.

I don't give a damn about the consequences.

Nothing will keep me from Claire.

Claire

I am pregnant and screwed.

My dream was to become the first in my family to ever graduate college.

How the hell am I supposed to concentrate when his ice cold cobalt eyes makes my body shiver, and his flaming tongue makes my blood boil?

This fully shredded, filthy, bad boy didn't just break the mold, he made it explode. Then he made me explode!

Just when I thought we might have a chance the worst happened. If the pregnancy test result doesn't destroy us, a dark secret from my past definitely will...

I know what I need to do, I just hope he doesn't make my knees too weak to do it.

Nice finish to their story

Maynard and Claire started out pretty shaky, and quite honestly, I began to wonder where this story was heading. There was too much pining for Claire on Maynard's part, considering they weren't together all that long. I mean, cmon, you're one of the most eligible bachelors in the country—my guess it's because Claire was the one who got away. Claire was likable and sassy; Maynard was genuinely a nice guy. There really wasn't any reason for them not to be together. But as the story moved along, things got interesting. All of a sudden, the storyline was given some interesting twists and turns as the characters woke up and were put to the test trying to save the family's corporation. Would any of this happen in the real world? Uh, no. But that's ok—not everything has to be so factual. The epilogue was short and sugar sweet. If you're looking for a book that's light and goes down easy, then this one's for you!

Every man can change with the heart of a good woman guiding him. Everyone has a past but what is most important is what we do in the future which will eventually impact the future we want. Both Maynard and Claire had to conquer their ghosts to come out better on the other side.

I LOVED hearing the rest of this story, I read Shred and wanted to know more, this was everything I wanted and sooooo much more. Hearing what happened to Claire and Maynard after Christmas Day was wonderful, and the steamy sex scenes were........panty-melting like his grin. I loved meeting Hal and Lynn, I hated Anthony and was so glad when he got what happened to him. Bianca surprised me so much, I loved the real life scenarios that I could really see happening, although I don't think I would ever imagine meeting a billionaire, just like Claire didn't believe, even after it happened. I loved the strength Claire showed in the end, watching her and Maynard and even Bianca grow as people was amazing. People can change, the societal rules that people cannot hold a lot of people back, I am glad to see that there is a way to show people it is possible. Books are amazing places to learn and grow as a person, and I loved the growth in this book. I think I would be great friends with Claire and Maynard, I loved her neighbor and how she jumped at the chance to help, even if she was just an ear and a backboard to bounce ideas off of, that showed amazing humanity, and that is not shown enough.....even in books.

Full Shred is about a college student (Valentine) trying to be the first one to graduated from college in her family. It starts out with her having a drunk night out and wanting a one night stand. In walks Maynard a spoiled, rich, handsome dude looking for a one night stand also but he has rules that he sticks by. Basically, he ends up breaking all of his rules for Valentine and doesn't know why. All he does is screw for a living and live off his wealth. He offers her money to pretend to be his fiancé for one night. She agrees until she comes across her ex- boyfriend and all bets are off. They end up talking and he finds himself very interested in being with Valentine. They date for awhile until she gets the disapproval from her family because they want her to focus on graduating instead of dating a playboy. She finds herself dumping him and later find out she is pregnant. The story has more to it then just that... it has his sister is a CEO of his family's business and a hard ass. His best friend might not be a best friend after all. He actually has to work. There are fights, prison, births, and even a HEA.

Storyline: 3.5 Heat: 3.5 Overall: 3.5 Recommend: yes

Intriguing story about a billionaire who used women like candy and tossed them away like nothing. Maynard thought he had it all but deep down was a lonely, sad, boy still blaming himself for his parents death. Along comes Claire, so down to earth that he needs her!! Claire is going to school full time and working trying to handle her life. She has a one night stand with a guy she doesn't know and thinks that is the end of it. Maynard tracks her down with an offer. Will she take the offer? Will she be the one to help him become the man that his parents always hoped for. Will he lose his hotel to his sister, Bianca? This was a great story and I hope that we get to read more about Maynard and Claire!!!

This was a short little sexy story by an author who usually writes hard hitting biker and taboo romances and although it was not near long enough, it packed a solid punch and had a lot going on.
A rich playboy who never gets attached to his hook-ups (he never kisses them on the mouth) and who usually goes for the statuesque model types, meets a woman on the rebound and goes home with her for a (supposed to be) one night stand.
A proposition, a passionate spark, a bitter EX and you have the recipe for a fun and sexy and also a bit sentimental family drama...with some dark moments.
I received a free copy of this book for an honest review.

Bad billionaire

Bad boy millionaire meets mostly good girl at a bar ends up at her apartment for a one night stand..... He realizes she isn't acting like his typical hook ups: didn't ask his name, didn't seem to recognize him, wasn't throwing herself at him, not fake stick figure model, and after a taste he can't seem to stop at just one. Can she be the solution for him to win a bet and keep his hotel. Or together can they both change and become one? Pretty deep story, really good read!

This was a great hook up turned more. I do enjoy when the playboy gets blindsided and begins to feel. It is refreshing. Claire is cute, funny , and innocent but even the good girl has needs. Maynard is broken and hides his feelings with sarcasm and meaningless sex. It only takes one good gal to help someone on the road to discovery and healing. They could each learn a bit from each other and I enjoyed being along for the ride. Great story!!

What's better than Maynard & Claire in Shred? More Maynard & Claire in Full Shred. Full Shred picks up where Shred left off, giving us more of their "what happens next" (which I was certainly wondering). More twists & turns, secrets, & of course, more steamy sex. What happens as their story continues? Will love conquer all? Pick up Full Shred to find out. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Adair Rymer for this continued story. You, like your books, never disappoint.

Great follow on from Shred. Loved Maynard and Claire. He was a man on a mission, and was relentless in his pursuit of Claire. She did not put up much of a fight, just quietly. I had to read it in one go, as I just had to know how it ended and if Maynard's twat of a friend gets his just desserts. Another fantastic book from this super talented author

I absolutely loved this book! Claire and Maynard were so easy to fall in live with. The author brought them to life and you could relate to their stories. This is a must read! This is a different style of writing for this author, maybe a detour of sorts, but you will not be disappointed! I love everything the author has written!

When I read Shred, for a novella I thought it was a sweet romantic story. Now, in Full Shred, we experience the rest of the story. Claire and Maynard have a strong connection but is it enough to survive everyone and everything that is trying to keep them apart? I loved their connection and what they went through to find happiness. Great story!
