With Jules' whereabouts unknown, Nick and Jacques turn up in the streets of Miami until they find what they're looking for, and they go back to continue taking Raleigh, North Carolina by storm. Lyric comes back from her vacation to find out about Jules' disappearance and she's of course devastated. Emilie's drama filled love life continues until someone she least suspects sweeps her off her feet, and changes her completely. Find out what the Baptiste Boys are up to in this sequel filled with loss, love, and murder
I enjoyed this book better than the first one, I guess because this had more drama in it and had me more interested. Supreme is about to have a rude awakening dealing with the Baptiste brothers and the people they love. I hope the girls make it out fine but I have a feeling Lyric is going to show up and show out, until part 3....
The drama continues as Jules, Jacques, Nick and, newcomer, Truth continue to go to war to protect their hustle, family and each other. Jacques shows growth by stepping up and being a single parent and Emilie finally finds a good guy in truth. He also finds love after losing Brooke. Jules and Lyric find their back to each and start a family. But the evilness of Supreme and India continue to invade all the hapoy the Baptiste boys acquire.
I just love the way Natisha Raynor is delivering this story. The storyline keeps me on edge, desperately wanting to know what happens next. The content is precise & exciting as the moves of the Baptise boys are true to the title. I liked the way Jaques & Jules run the show, letting their actions speak for them. Supreme has no idea who he is dealing with, but I'm sure the boys are going to show him. Bring on the next part!
The Baptists boys are definitely nothing to play with. Jules and Jacques are about to paint the whole city Red. Messing with the wife and girlfriend. Kymani is a good gurl and India needs to get over herself. Truth is definitely the Truth I love his character. Supreme is a walking death wish. IT'S ABOUT TO GO DOWN
I’m really loving the Baptiste Boys...I’m mad I’m just reading this series because it is so good. Each book just gets better and better. I hope the men can save their women...This is definitely a must read series...I can’t wait to read part 3...Great job Natisha...
It's on and popping now I hope everybody get back safe the storyline just jumped up out of the sky I don't even know what's going happen next I know 1 Thing Done, Batista boys about the blue intake over take up everything it's about to be some Sousley and firewood.
I thought part 1 was good, but part 2 draws you in deeper. This family of thugs is full of love and true loyalty. This author man has some serious skills.
SMH. They have pissed off the Baptists Boys and it's about to go down. Supreme is in over his head so I guess it's no need for him to stop and run now. Their bad for not finding and finishing him first. I'm hyped up and can't wait to see how this plays out. I'm loving this story.
Natisha girl u got my hyped i can't wait to c the damage these boys are gonna cause once they get back to NC. Jules & Jacques finna turn the streets red, Supreme bit off more than he can chew he should've left well enough alone. I can't wait to read part 3 to c what kind of havoc the brothers cause
This book picks up where part one left off. There's a lot of hurt, crying, and death in this book. But there's also a lot of happiness in it as well. I can't wait to read part three. Love this author's work. A great series. You will not want to put it down.
I loved part two! There was so much action and drama! India and Asha irked my soul in this book! Supreme has a death wish but he gonna learn about the Baptists boys! Jacques became my book bae in part 2!
I didn't think I would enjoy this book, but am pleasantly surprised. the author did an good job keeping me interested and wanting more. All of the characters are very well developed and lovable with their issues and all. I only gave it 4 stars because of some editing issues.
On my God!! I have been waiting to read this saga regarding The Baptists Brothers.
I read this book in one sitting. All of the characters are still in character. Thots are still being thots. I cannot wait to read more in the next book.
I finished this book a while ago and I am the first to admit that when I first finished I was really in my feelings about a few things. After waiting and allowing the story to marinate I gained a little more perspective and decided to come here and post my review. First let me say that all of our favorite characters returned: Jules, Lyric, Jacques, Emile, and we even were introduced to new characters that I think will quickly become some of my favorites. Of course, when things left off Lyric had done the unthinkable and our boy Jacques had lost his eye. As a result of Lyric's betrayal she ended up going on her honeymoon all alone and had pretty much resigned herself to living a life without Jules. The long and short of it is we see that Lyric and Jules in spite of their issues were actually destined to be together. Jules finds it in his heart to give the woman that he deems his soulmate another chance at experiencing happiness together. I originally thought that the author didn't remain true to the characters that she created for us but after thinking long and hard I realized that the heart wants what the heart wants. Brooke and Jacques experience a tragedy that left me with tear tracks staining my cheeks. But when the smoke cleared it left Jacques a stronger and wiser man in my opinion. The introduction of Kymani and Truth were added elements to the story to help round out an already A-1 cast. I am anxiously awaiting the finale to this saga. I can't wait to see what these Haitian boys have in store for these North Carolinians. While the storyline was really good there were a few issues that caused me not to give the story 5 stars. There were a few name changes during the story that confused the reader at times but this in now detracts from the overall caliber of writer that Ms. Natisha is. She is well on her way to being in the upper echelon of this genre and I am excited to see her reach the pinnacle of her success. KUDOS Ms. Raynor!!!!!
First let me say Miss Natisha Raynor is a excellent author. These Baptiste Boys are truly one of a kind, I love how Jacques stepped up to handle his responsibilities. Thankfully for him he meets nurse Kymani after Brooklyn dies during childbirth. She is a god send for him. Finally Emilie has somebody who isn't a lame, I love her with Truth. I can't wait for part 3 to see what happens in they relationship. Now for Jules && Lyric I wasn't expecting them to get back together so soon. At first I kind of raised by eyebrow but in the end everything came together. Then this dude Supreme, somebody need to handle him ASAP. He has the nerve to kidnap them. Now, I did have some issues with editing and I did feel like the book went pretty fast, however in my opinion it didn't take away from the story. Waiting patiently on part 3
Wow!!!! This installment was wayyy better than the first one, in fact I couldn't put it down!! I felt soo sad when Brook died & my heart went out to Jacques...I'm happy he's finally moving forward tho....now on to Emelie... its about time she's growing up!! Truth seem to be that "dude" & I love how he handles things... Lorenzo wasn't for her & although Asha deserved to pay for her lies, it was messed up how she died...Overall part 2 was awesome .& judging by how Supreme has shaken things up, I know part 3 is about to be LIT!...ON TO PART 3
Even though, it is your bad boy drug dealer and good girl girlfriend/wife story, the flow of this story is good. It keeps you entertained from beginning to end. You are able to follow the characters and decide if you like or dislike them. Part 2 picks right up where 1 left off with more drama and intrigue. Like they say, more money, more problems. Follow the Baptiste brothers as they continue running North Carolina.
I have to say I'm really enjoying this series and now I can't wait to read book 3 to find out and what happens next. I'm so scared for Lyric and Kimani, I hope they come out of that hostage situation alive. What baffles me is that if Jule's have so much money then why wouldn't he make sure Lyric got security, like that just doesn't make any sense to me, but whatever. Let the chaos continues.
Part 2 definitely gave me life. Just when everything starts going good somebody has to mess it up .India makes me sick. She should just die. I hate Lorenzo snapped like that. Asha wasn't even worth it. I know the men about to touched down and cause hell. I can't wait to see what happens next.
People going to learn about playing with these Baptiste boys smh. Glad Lyric and Juels made it official. I was sad after what happen to Brooke but Kymani is heaven sent for Jacquise. Truth is something serious, I love him for Emilie. India, Asha, and Monice got what they deserved. I hope they get to Supreme before he harm anybody smh. I can stand him.
Them Baptiste boy an it nothing to fuck with! I like Truth, I'm hoping that Lyric and Kymani be straight Jacques has already been through a lot and Juelz is so excited about the baby...I waiting to see what Shaka is about!
This was everything from beginning to end every page drama action intense couples up and down babies born well written I really enjoyed reading can't wait for part three
Supreme don't won't them kind of problems with Jules and his crew. But he started it by taking there women now it's on . Love the drama and suspense tht come with this book keeps u up reading tryn to find out wats goin to happen next. Great read.
