this was given to me as an ARC for exchange for an honest review ,
i also used KU .
So what happens when a girl finds out who she really is and what if she is linked with someone drawn to them .
what happens when she finds out her father is still alive .
and who is Xander really and how is Nate and her tide together .
and who is Sam really and why does he want Jesca .
i like paranormal though i lean on the supernatural than the paranormal . but still to me very intense a mystery in itself . as well you wont want to put the book down .
you can either buy it or if you have KU Kindle Unlimited then read it either way you wont be disappointed and you will want to read books 2 thru 4 .

so what happens when Jesca's friend is taken will she be the same again or will she be different . and can they save her and reverse the damage the enemy has done .
also who is behind the enemy;s wants is it Sevbastians son or is it someone else who wants more power ,
and why does Sam Xander's adoptive father have it out for Jesca's father .
and what happens when two men in Jesca's life get taken away can she save them can she bring them back and what happened to the Soidian Micheal is he still alive or will he still be a force to be reckoned with . and can Xander protect Jesca or will he fail find this and much more when you buy and read this story or use KU to read if you have it . stay tuned for books 3 and 4 .

I read this entire series in one week so all four of the book’s events have merged together and have made one fantastic series that I have lived in for that short amount of time. While I will say that the first book was somewhat hard for me to get through, half way through I was hooked. The first half is setting up the characters and it is slightly confusing because you as the reader do not know why all of this is happening and neither does the characters. Both readers and characters are left scratching their heads as to why all of these events are taking place. Why is Jesca having these dreams? Why is she hearing all these voices when no one is around? Who keeps following her? However, the second half takes a turn and more information is revealed and then the action starts.
While Origin sets up the story and training for our beloved characters, the rest of the three books unveil young love, a prophecy, and a cataclysmic event that had me zipping through the pages. Venessa truly knows how to dream up and write about new worlds, dangerous creatures, evil villains, and guardians of our world.
I found that the Copula Chronicles are the kind of books that take you for ride but also once you finish it, makes you think about the future. I found myself pondering about the power we have as humans to explore our galaxy and beyond and, if we ever harness that ability to travel beyond, what right do we have to do so and will it be for good or evil?
Each book wrapped me up more and more into the fight for good and mankind. Every character held a little piece of my heart for their strength and bravery to save the world and the sacrifices that were made. And I would have to say that the ending was exactly how it should have ended, with great sorrow but also happiness and joy.

Copula chronicles
Book one
What an amazing start to the series. The characters are truly amazing. I was given this awesome adventure in exchange for an honest review and I got to say fora series book its captivating. Jesca is an amazing person who thinks herself to be nothing special but just regular. She is adopted by a good people and grew up thinking this was normal life but in reality there was another one she was actually from..she goes from not knowing to seeing another side and then being transformed. In the process she meets Nate, Angela and Nick. They help mentor her to the next stages of her life. Do not let the cover scare you the book is one of the best I have read and it's only book one..
Book two
Now if you have read book one you are already on the up of who is what and what might come somewhat. But if not let me then tell you to open you mine to an adventurous world of possibilities. You have suspension love competition confusion and some analysts of what is happening to jesca. I was given this amazingly great series in exchange for an honest review and I promise you will thank me later. You will meet Xander and Nate and how they matter to Jesca. Not only is she being torn but she cares with her heart for them. Seriously I can't choose either. But no spoilers read and get in the loop...
Book three
The adventures continue in book three but I am sad we are coming to an end but I don't want it too. I was given this this amazing adventurous series in exchange for an honest review and I promise addiction.
Jesca has so many things going on being be torn between sexy and sexy.lol but the resign sexual and otherwise is off the charts. Her friend and family member are taken away and she is going to get them back danger or no. If you can't protect those that mean something to you what is the point of happiness. What will that mean for her? For those in danger? And what of the war between Dobrians and Sondians?
Book four
I am sad but not because the book was bad but because it was the last.. I was given this amazing adventurous series in exchange for an honest review but I won't lie I want more. This book is more of the one that brings everything together and I to perspective. New friends are made and paths picked. Choices made and hurt can't be controlled. You want to hug and be there for Jesca no matter how hard you try to remember this is just a story but it's so captivating that you feel like it can happen to you...what an amazing end but really Venessa reconsider coming back.. Pretty please lol...

This 4 book collection is so good. Everything gets explained, nothing gets left out, you aren't left wondering "what happened to" or anything like that. In fact, it's highly technical physics stuff and science stuff that I felt like I understood completely. I didn't snort to myself and think, "Well, that will never happen" even though the entire series is something that will never happen!
Jesca is a normal college student when she starts having nightmares that affect her life. She finds out that they are actually visions, and she was born into a family that is set as the guardians of the human race. She meets more people like herself, and they set off to guard humanity. And then, it seems that Jesca is actually a legacy and it's her time to save the world from a complete crazy set of beings from another planet who like human souls. The ending result didn't go the way I thought it would, but I'm happy with it. I would love a little more to the epilogue to tell me more, but it's satisfying.
This book has a lot of cussing, lots of sexual tension and relationship angst, but very very small amounts of actual sex. There's a lot of violence (hello-apocalypse here) and people die and aliens take over bodies and sacrifices are made.
As I was reading this story, the vivid descriptions had it playing out like a movie in my mind. The story sucked you in, and left you feeling like you were part of the Guardians, running along beside them. There were several scenes of dialogue, followed by quick action scenes where things went from bad, to worse, to fantastic, to even worse, to calm, to heart-pounding, and then started all over.
I recommend this story, and the author. I've enjoyed her story Dismantling Evan, and hope to read more by this descriptive author that makes you feel like you're part of the story.

I just so love this series!!!
I just love this book the story is fabulous and so believable that this could happen. My favorite characters is Jesca and Nate they are amazing and the tension between you two is just amazing. I love the idea of the possibilities of worm holes and traveling to parallel worlds.
This second book is so amazing I just could not put it down. Now Jesca is dealing with being the protector of her world. Then she being pull in two directions on one side there is sweet Nate and on the other side the bad boy Xander.
The third book to this series is so freaking awesome. Now Jesca and Xander are trying save Ezra and Nate where they are trapped in other world. Oh the love triangle between Jesca, Nate, and Xander gets so interesting and intense.
This fourth book in this series is just mind blowing amazing. Now in this story Jesca does pick between the guys and no I'm not telling who she picks. There have been so many characters that I love in this series and so many that I don't like but love to yell at. To know more about this book grab your copy today a so so so must read!!!
I just love this book the story is fabulous and so believable that this could happen. My favorite characters is Jesca and Nate they are amazing and the tension between you two is just amazing. I love the idea of the possibilities of worm holes and traveling to parallel worlds.
This second book is so amazing I just could not put it down. Now Jesca is dealing with being the protector of her world. Then she being pull in two directions on one side there is sweet Nate and on the other side the bad boy Xander.
The third book to this series is so freaking awesome. Now Jesca and Xander are trying save Ezra and Nate where they are trapped in other world. Oh the love triangle between Jesca, Nate, and Xander gets so interesting and intense.

A wonderful action packed 4 book series that really makes one think... "Are we truly alone on this world?"
Jesca learns that her world is not what it seems and her life takes a turn into the relm of the amazing at a rapid pace. She learns that her nightmares are reality and that she has abilities one can only dream of. Finding out she's not alone helps but will she and the others be able to save the human race from what has been set into motion decades before? In a race against time Jesca, her friends, and the men she loves most must struggle with hardships and decisions that would be difficult for most everyone to make at the easiest of times.
Venessa Kimball knows how to draw the reader in and make them feel like they are part of the adventure that they are reading. I found myself not wanting to stop reading until I had read the very last word. Great job!!

This series is all consuming! I was on the edge of my seat from beginning to end. Venessa knows how to write one hell of a story. I was screaming at some of the charathers as though they could hear and react to me evem though they clearly couldn't. I just couldn't help but feel a great connection with a lot of the characters. Some you will abhor and the rest you will absolutley love!! All I can really tell you is that you need to read The Copula hronicles to experience it for your self. I very highly recommend purchasing and reading this series!

I received an ARC for an honest review.... It is a Recommended Read! Like ASAP!!!.... I loved it! At first I was like iffy about sci-fi and i struggled on the first book because i got lost with formulas and etc... well the science part. Obviously, i had trouble in science. Lol... well, anyways back to my review i was also iffy because I am more of a paranormal kinda gal but Venessa knew how to put it together aside from the twists and turns given and rollercoaster of emotions such as a love triangle. it had an excellent conclusion to the series. YOU DEFINITELY GOT TO READ IT!!

This series is enthralling, keeping you on the edge of your seat, never knowing what the next surprise is and where it was coming from. Although each book was a story of its own, combined they give a complete picture. I have read other works of this author and believe she will be a major writer in the future. I plan to follow her career with interest, if these early works indicate her lowest level, she has raised the bar for all other authors and writing in general.

I really liked this series by Kimball. It was a little slow in the beginning but it quickly turned into something exciting. Loved the way it brought up all these theories, and though I don't like love triangles, it kinda worked itself out. Recommended read for New Adult readers.

This is a really unique, intense series that kept me hooked from the first book. It's refreshing and different from what I normally read, and as soon as I finished one book, I jumped right into the next. I couldn't wait to see what happened next. I would recommend the series if you're looking for something new and unique to read.

To be really honest, this is not a genre I normally read, but I am glad to have the chance to know this author and received the ARC of the entire series to read. It's surprisingly good, and it had my full attention from the first page of book one to the last page of book 4. LOVE IT!!!
