"When you're between fifteen and twenty-years-old, your entire view of the world might change with one single album." This quote from Bjorn couldn't be more accurate and I found this title full of quotes that resonated like that. Having seen them at Ozzfest 2005, I loved that it was mentioned within their reflective memories of past tours. In Flames were one of the few bands that I can still remember playing that day all these years later, them and Arch Enemy really impacted me since it was my first ever Metal show. Super cool guest appearances from members of some of my favorite bands were in here also which adds to the coolness factor of such an unique book. I hope to try a lot of the recipes printed in here as well eventually, so it is a nice collectable to own for sure. I liked learning all the day to day tidbits about the band members and who they are aside from the Jester world. If you're an In Flames fan or a lover of food, grab a copy!

A few spelling mistakes in the English translation unfortunately and a date error. Otherwise a very enjoyable read.
