Various is the correct author for any book with multiple unknown authors, and is acceptable for books with multiple known authors, especially if not all are known or the list is very long (over 50).

Quizá tenía demasiadas expectativas puestas en este libro, pero me ha dejado fría. No soy capaz de creerme al adolescente y tampoco la forma de actuar de la joven al cargo de la Gendarmería.
