This book is geared towards elementary/middle school students. Topics include organization at home and at school, planning, time management, healthy lunch/snack options, sleep, and preparing for projects. There are quizzes that go along with the main topics to help the reader see where there at with a particular skill. The illustrations are colorful and bright with the text written in an easy-to-follow format.
