This is a very nice collection of recipes. The instructions are clear, and the photos with each one are very nice. As with most cookbooks, would I actually make most of these? No, I would not. Would I love to eat them if someone else made them for me? Yes, I absolutely would. There are a couple that I will certainly have a try at making.
