This book has been re-edited in 2023I've believed for many years that the powers that be (whoever they are) who control almost everything in America have worked overtime to turn the American Law Enforcement Officer into little more than a tool for the shadow Government- a way to get around The Posse Comitatus Act. (The Posse Comitatus Act is the United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1385, original at 20 Stat. 152) that was passed on June 18, 1878, after the end of Reconstruction and was updated in 1981. Its intent (in concert with the Insurrection Act of 1807) was to limit the powers of Federal government in using federal military personnel to enforce the State laws.) The training and armament of our civilian police has led to many abuses of power where the police don't believe they are above the Law, but that they ARE the Law". This has culminated in the deaths of many Americans who have reacted to middle of the night break-ins by law enforcement, reached for a weapon to protect his or her family, and been executed. The 'no-knock' rule must go and civility towards the public must return. Barring that, I see a time when this story line will become the common occurrence. People will say, "Enough!" and will say it with force, if needed.

a Great Read (Second time around)

I first got this book when it was published in3 segments. Got this one off of Kindle unlimited. I have been re-reading some of TJ Reeder' s book while hoping he would be releasing a new book. Nothing new in over 6 months hope everything's OK. hopefully there might be some info on the author's page. At any rate the only reason I gave 5 stars was there is no provision for 6-10.

Worth your time to read

A bit of wishful thinking here but the story hits home more than when written.
Sadly the chance for someone to do this now is very remote.

Very good premise. Would have made a good series. Too bad it ended in a way not conducive to sequels. Who among us hasn't at times thought about how nice it would be to clean all the lazy bums out of Washington D.C.(all parties considered).

Great story about a Marine Vet whose wife is murdered during an ATF raid initiated for a bogus cause that decides it's about time the US-SS was shown how a real war works. A quick read that had me cheering the main character, and left me wanting to see what's next. The text needs some serious grammatical editing, but it I was able to ignore it just because the story was so fast paced. I hope the story continues, and I rate this one a Really Good Read.

The way it should be.

This is a story about what really needs to happen today in the USA! The founding fathers would never recognize the nest of special interest groups that runs the country now. It is time for a house cleaning!
This is a very good story that is well-written and was very hard to put down!
