**Received a copy of an ebook from the author for an honest review.**

"For success you have to take every second as a learning opportunity."

This was my first book by the author and I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. I liked how the author mentioned about the leadership qualities in the book.

It is a great read for those also who would like to start a new business or wanna accomplish there goals. It undoubtedly could provide as a helpful insight to the readers. The quotes given by the author at the end of this book are also very motivating.
Overall I liked reading the book.

"Those who inspire and motivate others to achieve greatness are either themselves great or on their way to greatness."

"A trustworthy leader is a leader worth trusting."

"Nothing beats the discovery of your true potentials."

"A lot of people dream of success but very few take the bold steps to act on their dreams."

It's clear that the author is a very inspirational person, and probably an extremely inspirational speaker. He is clearly driven, and his passion for helping to drive others comes through loud and clear in his book!

I feel like this book is a good starter book for those who are just beginning to get into leadership, entrepreneurship, and self-help. It gives all the basics. However, it was a bit "brush the surface" for me, because I have read a lot of leadership books. The topics are important ones, but it would have been taken to the next level if "don't concede to self-doubt" had gone a little deeper into exactly how this is done. The grammar was also distracting.

But if you're looking for a quick read that will inspire you to be a better person, this would be a good place to start!

I found this book a little hard to follow - almost as though the thoughts were not organized clearly enough. It seemed like the topics would jump all over the place, both from one chapter to the next as well as from one paragraph to the next. When the religious rhetoric began, I realized this book wasn't for me. I sped-read the rest of the headings and chapter titles. I did not have any takeaways from this book, but I did think it was very kind of the author, Josh Okello to give me a copy for free to share with my livestreaming audience. Thank you Josh!
