For anyone who wishes to learn what is being taught along with the yogic practices in the Isha Yoga Program, this book is a wonderful headstart. Isha Yoga is not just a set of yoga practices but also a set of scientific tools that one can apply in their own lives. The most critical aspects of the program have been covered in this book very well.

Just enjoy the ride that this book is - it cannot be & probably should not be read like a novel. One should read a section of the book, absorb the contents, apply it in their lives and then move on to the next section once he / she has sufficiently understood it.
