A comprehensive dictionary those (adult and children) who are starting out learning the Igbo language. It's also a refresher course for those already versed in speaking the it especially in this day where English are used in place of simple Igbo words rather than their original translations. For instance, I didn't know "watermelon" was "anyụmmiri" in Igbo.

What stops me from giving this book the remaining 2 stars is, though the author makes tremendous efforts with the book's vast compilation, lots of words/phrases are missing. Also, beginners will find the book a bit hard to use because though there's Igbo-English translation, there is no English-Igbo version. So you have to search through all the pages to find particular words/phrases (those who read the Kindle version won't have this problem. I read the print version). There are also no intonation marks for most of them. Hopefully, there'll be updates in later print editions.
