The part about the mc not a football move was funny but I couldn't get into this book as much as the other later books.

Good story. I loved Frisco Joe and Annabelle and Emma. Mason and Mimi were very strange. This book was published in 2003 and I had read others about this same family so it was interesting to read about events that were referred to in the later books.
